Customer Feedback and Our Review Policy

We publish what customers actually say and we do not publish what they did not. This page explains the policy, because a review section is only worth anything if you can trust how it was assembled.

Why you will not see a star rating on this site

A displayed rating and review count should come from a verified source with real submissions behind it. We have not connected a verified review feed to this site yet, so rather than publish a number we cannot substantiate, we publish nothing. The quotations below are scope-focused examples that reflect the kind of feedback the process produces. They are clearly labelled as such, and they will be replaced with verified reviews as those become available.

We do not purchase endorsements, fabricate reviews, or arrange guaranteed link placements. If that sounds like a low bar, it is one a surprising number of contractor websites fail to clear.

In their words

What Customers Say About the Process

They explained what the evaluation found and gave us a written scope before we committed to anything. No pressure.

Homeowner

San Antonio

The quote laid out the method, what was included, and what wasn't. It made comparing proposals much easier.

Homeowner

Converse

Our older pier-and-beam home had sloping floors. They walked us through the crawlspace findings and the repair plan clearly.

Homeowner

Alamo Heights

These are illustrative, scope-focused examples pending replacement with verified customer reviews. We do not publish invented ratings or review counts. Read our review policy.

How We Handle Feedback

We publish unedited quotations

Where a customer gives permission to publish feedback, we publish it as written. We do not tidy criticism out of a quotation or stitch together the flattering half of a longer comment.

Negative feedback gets a response

If something went wrong on your project, tell us. We would rather address it directly than have you discover there is no route to raise it. The correction route is on our editorial standards page.

Project evidence over testimonials

A documented project record with foundation type, findings, scope, and outcome tells you more than a sentence of praise. That is where we put the effort, and it is what our case studies on the blog are for.

Customer privacy comes first

We identify customers by first name and general area only, and we publish project details with permission. Addresses, full names, and identifying photographs stay private unless a customer explicitly agrees otherwise.

Leaving feedback

If we have worked on your property and you would like to share your experience, whether it was good or not, get in touch. Email quotes@sanantoniofoundationrepair.net or call (210) 555-7437. We will ask permission before publishing anything.

No obligation, no pressure

Want to see how we work before you commit?

Read a documented project walkthrough on the blog, or send us your details and we will explain what an evaluation would examine on your property.
