Foundation Repair Service Areas
We evaluate and repair foundations across San Antonio and the surrounding communities. Ground conditions change considerably across this area, so each property is assessed on its own terms rather than by ZIP code.
- Written scope, exclusions, and warranty terms with every quote
- Elevation measurement before any repair recommendation
- Slab-on-grade and pier-and-beam foundations
- San Antonio and surrounding Bexar, Guadalupe, and Comal communities
Why the Area You Live In Matters, and Why It Does Not Decide Anything
San Antonio straddles the Balcones Escarpment. East and northeast, toward Converse, Cibolo, and Schertz, expansive clay dominates and seasonal shrink-swell cycles drive differential settlement. North and west, toward Helotes, Stone Oak, and Boerne, shallower limestone appears, but clay pockets and engineered fill occur throughout and depth to a bearing stratum can change within one lot.
That is useful context for what we expect to find. It is not a substitute for measuring your floor. We publish it because homeowners ask, and because the alternative, a simple clay-south and rock-north story, has cost people real money on both sides of the line.
Communities With a Dedicated Page
These areas have enough distinct local context, in soil conditions, housing stock, or both, to warrant their own page rather than a line on a list.
