When Leveling Is Not the Right Recommendation

When the cause has not been addressed. Lifting over an active under-slab plumbing leak, or over drainage that is still channelling water under the house, means repeating the work. The cause comes first.

When the framing cannot take it. Rotted beam ends, extensive termite damage, or undersized spans need repair before a lift, not during one.
