Terms of Service

Last updated: September 16, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or engaging San Antonio Foundation Repair for services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Services

San Antonio Foundation Repair provides foundation repair services including:

  • Slab foundation repair
  • Pier-and-beam repair
  • Foundation evaluation
  • House leveling
  • Concrete leveling
  • Drainage improvements
  • Crack repair

Availability of a particular service for a particular property is confirmed during the quote process.

3. Website Content Is Informational

The guides, blog posts, and service descriptions on this website are general information about foundation conditions and repair practice. They are not a structural assessment of any specific property, they are not engineering advice, and they should not be relied on as a substitute for an on-site evaluation. Nothing on this site diagnoses the condition of your foundation.

4. Evaluations and Proposals

An evaluation carried out by us is a contractor evaluation. It documents observed conditions and measurements and, where applicable, proposes a repair scope. It is not an engineering assessment and does not carry a professional engineer's seal. Where a permit or a consequential structural conclusion requires an engineer, we will say so and can coordinate a referral.

A proposal we issue reflects conditions observed at the time of the evaluation. Conditions encountered during excavation, including pier refusal depth, buried utilities, and concealed structural damage, may differ from those assumed. Where a proposal includes a stated assumption, it also states how a variance is handled.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in USD and are set out in a written proposal specific to your property. Illustrative ranges published on this website are for planning only and are not quotes. Payment terms are confirmed in the written proposal.

6. Scheduling, Access, and Cancellation

Appointments and work dates are scheduled by agreement. Access to the property, including interior access where required for elevation measurement and crawlspace access where applicable, is the property owner's responsibility to arrange. Please give as much notice as practical if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment or work date.

7. Warranty

Applicable warranty terms, including what is covered, what is excluded, the warranty period, and any transfer conditions, are provided in writing with the proposal for your project. Those written terms govern. No statement on this website creates or extends a warranty.

8. No Guarantee Against Future Movement

Soil conditions change with moisture, weather, drainage, vegetation, and site modifications. No foundation repair can guarantee that no future movement will occur anywhere on a structure. Our work addresses the scope described in the written proposal.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, San Antonio Foundation Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or from our services. Liability in connection with work performed is governed by the written proposal and warranty terms for that project.

10. Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of San Antonio Foundation Repair or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

11. Third-Party Links

This website may link to third-party sources such as municipal guidance, soil survey data, or manufacturer documentation. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this website, and the date at the top of this page is updated accordingly.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
